I've been coming to where I am from the get go
Find that I can groove with the beat when I let go
So put your worries on hold
Get up and groove with the rhythm in your soul

The Mike's Song has the weirdest bass jam ever with Oteil and Stacy Starkweather. Not in the notes: this was the tour when Trey had a cast on this ankle and when Oteil first came out he did the tramps with Mike.

It was the smallest Phish show I ever saw by a long shot. I was on the rail in front of Mike all night. It was amazing. They opened with Great Gig - a nod to Pink Floyd who had played Legion Field in B'ham the night before. Apparently the whole band and crew attended.

That Mike's Song is the sleeper highlight of this set.

Yeah - it's great. Mike doing the Oteil "scat and play" thing was hilarious.

He does a decent job of it!

Nice, getting pumped for the Seattle shows this weekend!

But, I don't think our fans do happily lap it up, I think they go online and talk about how it was a bad show.

You haven't lived until you've had a robot shart in your ear and followed along in the live setlist thread while it happens.

this is likely a dumb question, but how do I listen to this these days? I don't pay for livephish, is that the only way?

I didn't see them on Spotify, so guessing I got pay... halp!
