Crazy kickoff return perfected by Texas HS team for the win

Even the writers of Friday Night Lights would think this Texas high school football finish was too improbable to come true.

A&M Consolidated High School and Copperas Cove High School scored 44 points in the final four minutes of their game on Friday, but the wildest moment came on the final play. Trailing with one second left and the kickoff return the only option for a score, A&M Consolidated turned a squib kick into the high school equivalent of the Music City Miracle.

Junior Derrick Dick took a lateral and looped around to put A&M Consolidated on top, 44-41.
