If anything, I'd argue that it's actually more than half, certainly not all, but if you look at polling on the views of his supporters (Do you think the president was born here?  Is he a secret Muslim?  Do you think immigrants are more prone to violence? ect., ect.) many of those numbers go well beyond half.  As high as >60% in some cases.

Whether you think she's right or not, it's a pretty ill-advised thing for someone running for president of the entire country to say about dozens of millions of Americans, for the same reason it was when Romney pulled his version.
