I'm not sure if I followed this thread correctly, but what guys are saying is that Dave Thomas sold crack in inner-city DC in the mid-80's, right?

But, I don't think our fans do happily lap it up, I think they go online and talk about how it was a bad show.

I don't seem them having a crowd of 12,500.  They just seems like they booked too big a venue to me.
Can we talk about the Dead?  I'd love to talk about the fucking Grateful Dead, for once, can we please discuss the Grateful FUCKING Dead!?!?!?!

I think they're doing the "cut the arena in half" thing for this show.

Even still...

These shows are not worth the angering of my bride by spending the money so close to xmas.

yup..what he said...I'm just not that jazzed about this..I debated hard whether to catch the worcester shows earlier this year and eventually decided to skip them..like RJ I def will not spending the fundage so close to x-mas when I really couldn't care less..will wait much closer to the show date whether I'll hit Manchester...I know this is a diff line-up but still - MEH   :|

QuoteIt's official. The Odeum Colorado the mid-sized arena formerly known as the Broomfield Event Center will open March 5-6 with Furthur, a band featuring Phil Lesh and Bob Weir of the Grateful Dead.
